Job summary

Forte Behavioral Health LLC seeks a Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) to develop, implement, and oversee behavior plans for students in a school setting within Inglewood Unified School District. You will train staff, supervise interventionists, and ensure data-driven treatment fidelity.

The role requires BCBA certification, a Master’s degree in a related field, and 2+ years of ABA or special education experience. Competitive salary and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Master’s degree in Education, Psychology, ABA, Counseling, or related field.
• Two or more years of ABA, special education, or behavior intervention experience.
• Ability to train staff, analyze data, and adjust interventions.
• Ability to pass Live Scan and TB test.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop BIPs.
• Train and supervise Behavior Interventionists, RBTs, and school staff.
• Oversee intervention implementation, adjust strategies based on data.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and clinical teams to support student success.
• Maintain compliance with IDEA, Section 504, Title 5, and BACB ethical standards.
• Participate in IEP meetings, provide staff training, and document progress reports.
