Job summary

LEARN Behavioral, part of a national network of ABA providers, is hiring a Behavior Technician in Massachusetts. You’ll work one-on-one with children with autism using ABA therapy and play to build communication, confidence, and independence. No prior experience required; paid training provided.

Earn $23+ per hour based on ABA experience, with comprehensive benefits including PTO, sick leave for part-timers, student loan support, and career growth opportunities through the team.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old on your first day of employment
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Able to pass a background check
• Reliable transportation

Responsibilities
