Job summary

The Stepping Stones Group, LLC is hiring school-based Behavior Technicians (BTs) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy for students in the Northridge and Reseda area of CA. You will support children in reaching social, emotional, and behavioral goals in a school setting.

Responsibilities include implementing BIPs, tracking progress, and collaborating with case supervisors, teachers, and staff. This full-time role offers competitive pay and benefits, including medical, dental, vision coverage, a 401(k),

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred
• At least 1 year of experience working with children with Autism or other special needs
• Availability Monday - Friday, 7:50am - 3:30pm, 30 hours per week
• ABA training and CPI/Safety Care knowledge strongly preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills required
• Reliable transportation and willingness to commute up to 10 miles
• Physically able to kneel, run short distances, and lift up to 25 lbs

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to students in a school setting
• Implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) developed by Case Supervisors
• Support students in developing communication, social skills, and daily living abilities
• Track and document progress, behavior data, and session notes accurately
• Maintain consistent attendance and professional communication with staff and supervisors
