Key Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site injury evaluation, emergency care, and injury management at practices and games.
• Design and implement injury prevention programs and individualized rehabilitation plans.
• Maintain accurate records of injuries, treatment logs, and communication with physicians, coaches, and parents.
• Coordinate medical clearance, impact testing, and concussion protocol compliance.
• Monitor environmental and facility conditions to ensure safety standards are met.
• Assist with pre-participation physicals and documentation tracking.
• Collaborate with coaches and the Athletic Director regarding practice/game schedules and athlete status.
• Maintain inventory of athletic training supplies and manage budget as needed.
• Supervise student athletic training aides or interns, if applicable.
• Hours vary based on athletic schedules; evening and weekend availability is required.
