Blue Horizons is hiring compassionate and dependable School Aides / Instructional Aides to support students with special needs in local schools throughout Torrance. Paid training provided, no experience required, and a Monday–Friday school schedule with both full-time and part-time opportunities.

Starting at $22/hour (DOE), with benefits including medical, dental & vision insurance, 401(k), paid holidays & vacation, and a 90-day retention bonus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Support students in the classroom and during school activities
• Provide one‑on‑one or small group assistance
• Reinforce positive behavior and classroom routines
• Assist with transitions, lunch, recess, and daily activities
