Job summary

Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking a School Aide in Willow Grove, PA. The role is a contract-full-time position supporting students with instructional and behavioral needs under the supervision of the special education team.

Pay is $22 per hour for 35 hours per week. Requires a high school diploma, CPR certification, health clearance, and eligibility to work in the United States. The School Aide assists with mobility and personal care as directed by health professionals.

• Current CPR if applicable
• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements

The School Aide is an individual who works with students requiring instructional, and/or behavioral assistance under the supervision of the special education department, teacher and/or supervising designee. The School Aide may also provide support services to assist students with personal, physical mobility and therapeutic care needs, as established by a rehabilitation health practitioner, social worker or other health care professional.
