You will adhere to state licensing rules and contribute to ongoing professional development. The role emphasizes classroom setup, lesson planning, and active collaboration with families and staff.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• At least 1 year of experience in a licensed childcare facility.
• Coursework or a degree in early childhood education or child development or a CDA.
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations regarding child care.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of caring and nurturing children in a licensed educational environment.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to ODJFS Child Care licensing rules
• Develop lesson plans
• Interact with children to support effective learning and socialization
