Job summary

KidsFirst Early Learning Centers in Strongsville, Ohio is seeking an enthusiastic early childhood educator to join our Floater team. You’ll support multiple classrooms, helping young learners feel safe, engaged, and excited to learn in a warm, welcoming school community.

The position runs Monday–Friday, 9:00am–6:00pm with no nights or weekends. Compensation is $13–$16 per hour, with benefits including medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with employer match, childcare discounts, paid training, and

• High school diploma is required.
• Experience in a licensed childcare center preferred.
• Ability to pass required background checks.
