Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 1 year experience in a licensed childcare facility.
• Coursework or a degree in early childhood education, child development, or a CDA.
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations regarding child care.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to ODJFS Child Care licensing rules.
• Develop lesson plans.
• Interact with children to support effective learning and socialization.
• Consistent communication with parents.
• Participation in staff and training meetings.
• Maintain clean and tidy classroom environment.
• Assist to design an appropriate classroom arrangement in support of learning and developmental goals.
