Qualifications

• Plans developmentally appropriate school age program aligned with Ohio Content Standards.
• Attend weekly meetings with center administrator.
• Maintain a safe, healthy environment for children.
• Adapt lesson plans per Step Up To Quality recommendations.
• Maintain daily attendance records, health checks, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement the school age program.
• Assist with daily activities and supervision.
• Communicate professionally with families and staff.
• Support the Lead Teacher in assessments and planning.
• Participate in in-service trainings and maintain program quality.
