Job summary

Healthy Kids Programs is hiring a School-Age Childcare Assistant Site Director for our Before and After School Program at Bethel Elementary School and Penn-Bernville Elementary School for the 2026–2027 school year. The role follows the school calendar with morning and/or afternoon shifts.

Responsibilities include regulatory and licensing leadership, program and staff leadership, and operations/communication to families and school administration.

Qualifications

• Must pass a full background check, including fingerprinting and reference checks.
• Must be medically fit to perform job duties which includes a clear TB.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Physically able to bend, stretch, lift, and carry up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Regulatory & Licensing Leadership: Ensure full compliance with PA DHS/OCDEL school-age regulations.
• Program & Staff Leadership: Lead engaging activities and supervise children and staff; maintain safe staff-to-child ratios.
• Operations & Communication: Oversee daily attendance, registration, scheduling, and act as liaison between families and school/admin.
