Job summary

Healthy Kids Programs is hiring a School-Age Childcare Lead for our Before and After School Program at Park Elementary School for the 2026–2027 school year. The position is part-time and non-exempt with pay of $16.00 per hour and follows the school calendar.

Morning and afternoon sessions run 7:00 AM–8:30 AM and 3:05 PM–6:05 PM, with opportunities for morning, afternoon, or both. You will lead engaging activities, ensure safety, and collaborate with families and staff in a mission-driven team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or associate degree in education or human services with required credits/experience.
• CDA credentials with 2 years relevant experience.
• Must pass a full background check, including fingerprinting and reference checks.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate hands-on activities following the Healthy Kids Curriculum, including fitness, STEAM, academics, art, and homework completion.
• Provide a safe, healthy, and fun environment and act as a positive role model for children in the program.
• Observe state guidelines, program policies, and host school policies.
• Support program operations, including attendance records, registration, and staffing responsibilities.
