Job summary

Healthy Kids Programs is hiring a School-Age Childcare Site Director for our Before and After School Program at Kendall Elementary School for the 2026–2027 school year. The role follows the school calendar with morning and/or afternoon programs and a pay of $17.00 per hour.

The position is part-time and non-exempt. You will plan activities, supervise staff, ensure compliance with policies, and foster a safe, engaging environment for children aged 5–12.

Qualifications

• Candidates may qualify with an Associate degree or two years of college plus two years of relevant experience.
• Credentials for school-age child care administration are acceptable.
• Ability to interact with children, families, and staff professionally.

Responsibilities

• Ensure staff and program operations meet state regulations and school requirements.
• Lead engaging activities aligned with the Healthy Kids Curriculum (fitness, STEAM, academics, arts, homework).
• Oversee attendance, registration, scheduling, and staffing levels daily.
• Communicate with parents using the Playground App and with your supervisor regularly.
