Qualifications

• Experience supervising school-age care programs or related area.
• Experience monitoring revenues and expenses with budgets and narratives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lead, train, and evaluate staff to maintain state guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Supervise School Age Care Coordinators and program staff, assign work, evaluate performance, and ensure policy compliance.
• Ensure staff deliver high-quality, responsive customer service to families, school personnel, and community members.
• Research community trends to identify growth opportunities and design new program initiatives.
• Draft marketing materials and coordinate promotion strategies; track enrollment and engagement metrics.
• Serve as primary operational contact with district staff, coordinating schedules, facility use, and logistics.
• Develop SOPs and program standards; monitor daily activities for policy compliance and workflow improvements.
• Monitor daily expenditures within the program budget and enforce fiscal controls.
• Participate in Community Education leadership meetings and stay updated on trends.
