Associated Recreation Council (ARC) seeks a School-Age Care Lead Counselor for after-school programs at Seattle elementary schools. You will guide a classroom of 5–12-year-olds, implement engaging activities, and help create a safe, inclusive learning environment.
Position is part-time, non-exempt, with hours up to 23 per week during the school year and potential for summer work. Starting pay is $23.00/hr, with raises up to $26.45/hr as tenure grows.

ARC, in partnership with Seattle Parks and Recreation, serves Seattle by offering access to licensed childcare and a variety of recreational and lifelong learning programs, classes, and activities. In this role, you will guide and support a classroom of children ages 5-12 by providing active supervision, implementing developmentally appropriate activities, and creating a safe, inclusive, and engaging after-school environment.

* Primary location is Ravenna-Eckstein Community Center, but the program is delivered out of Thornton Creek Elementary School
