Job summary

Kids 'R' Kids Learning Academy of Southern Hills is seeking staff to supervise school-age children before and after school and lead engaging, age-appropriate activities.

You’ll help with homework, maintain a safe environment, and communicate with parents and school staff. Flexible shifts include mornings, afternoons, and non-school days, perfect for students or parents seeking balance.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age to drive our vehicles and have a clean driving record.
• Flexible, dependable, organized and energetic.
• Experience working with children (school-age preferred).
• High school diploma or GED (early childhood coursework a plus).
• Ability to pass background checks and meet state licensing standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and engage school-age children before and after school.
• Plan and lead age-appropriate activities and games.
• Ensure a safe and welcoming environment.
• Help with homework and foster social-emotional development.
• Communicate with parents and school staff as needed; be willing to take other tasks from Management.
