Kids 'R' Kids on Ronald Reagan Parkway is seeking an energetic After School Teacher to supervise children after school hours, ensure safety, and support learning in a fun yet structured environment. The ideal candidate is nurturing, organized, and enthusiastic about helping kids grow.

You will assist with homework, plan age-appropriate activities, coordinate snack time and cleanup, maintain a consistent daily routine, and communicate with parents and staff to promote a positive, inclusive

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with children in after-school programs, daycare, camps, or similar.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the role (standing, walking, active play).

Responsibilities

• Supervise and ensure the safety of children at all times.
• Assist students with homework and academic support.
• Plan and lead age-appropriate activities (games, arts & crafts, group play).
• Maintain a structured daily schedule for students.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging environment.
• Communicate effectively with parents and staff.
• Help with snack time and classroom organization/cleanup.
• Manage behavior using positive guidance techniques.
