Job summary

Healthy Kids Programs is hiring a School-Age Childcare Lead for our Before and After School Program at Columbia Middle School Taylor Campus for the 2026–2027 school year. The position is part-time and non-exempt, with pay of $16.00 per hour and a schedule that follows the school calendar.

Responsibilities include leading hands-on activities from the Healthy Kids Curriculum, maintaining a safe and engaging environment, and supporting program operations such as attendance, registration, and

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess one of the listed degrees or credentials.
• Education and experience requirements include combinations of degrees/credits and years of relevant experience.
• CDA credentials may be combined with 2 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate hands-on activities following the Healthy Kids Curriculum including fitness, STEAM, academics, art and homework completion.
• Provide a safe, healthy and fun environment and act as a positive role model for children in the program.
• Observe state guidelines, Healthy Kids Extended Day Program policies and host school policies.
• Support program operations, including attendance records, registration and staffing responsibilities.
