Job summary

Therapy Source is seeking a full-time Behavioral Support Technician (BST) to provide in-person services to school students in Philadelphia. The BST will implement ABA programs, support daily living skills, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Applicants must have 40 Hour BACB/RBT training, at least one year of one-to-one experience with grades K-6, and up-to-date clearances and liability insurance. The role offers scheduling flexibility and strong support from our account team.

Qualifications

• 40 Hour RBT Training Certification.
• Minimum 1 year of experience working one-to-one with students in grades K-6.
• Possession of (or willingness to obtain) up-to-date clearances.
• Proof of professional liability insurance (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Execute ABA therapy programs as prescribed by the behavior plan.
• Implement behavior management techniques tailored to each student.
• Assist children with daily self-help skills.
• Communicate with the team regarding developments, problems, or concerns.
• Maintain therapy areas and materials.
