Job summary

California State University Dominguez Hills is seeking a Scholarship & Student Success Coordinator to coordinate institutional, donor-funded, and externally supported scholarship programs and advise students on eligibility and award processes.

Under supervision, the role analyzes program outcomes, improves processes, and partners with multiple campus units to enhance student recruitment, retention, and degree completion while supporting donor stewardship and reporting needs.

Qualifications

• Two years of professional experience in student services, financial aid, scholarship administration, enrollment management or related field.
• Equivalent to graduation from a four-year college or university in behavioral sciences, public or business administration or related field.
• Experience with scholarship programs and data reporting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate scholarship programs and student support initiatives funded through Ballmer Gift.
• Monitor eligibility, retention, persistence, and completion outcomes for Ballmer scholarships.
• Prepare reports, analyses, and presentations on program outcomes and student success.
• Collaborate with Enrollment Management, Financial Aid, Academic Affairs, Advancement, and Student Affairs to coordinate services.
• Assist with donor stewardship activities and impact reporting.
