You will connect freshmen to campus and community resources, coordinate referrals, advocate for students, and promote retention and success across settings.

Qualifications

• Experience advising students individually and in groups.
• Ability to assess and connect students to campus and community resources.
• Knowledge of trauma‑informed care is a plus.
• CA Driver license required.

Responsibilities

• Provides confidential, person‑centered, and complex case management for the TGS student population.
• Independently conduct assessments, check‑ins, and crisis support.
• Facilitates goal setting and transition plan meetings to support students.
• Develops and implements personalized student support plans with referrals and follow‑up.
• Exercise judgment in navigating complex student circumstances with multiple providers.
• Collaborate with TGS team to ensure coordinated care and support.
• Monitors progress and designs proactive outreach to address disengagement and barriers.
