Job summary

Cal State East Bay is seeking a Scholarship Coordinator to oversee university scholarship programs and provide guidance to students on eligibility, applications, and aid impact. This role advances centralized scholarship processes and equitable access across campus.

Under the supervision of the Financial Aid leadership, the coordinator will lead training, collaborate with departments, and improve processes to increase utilization of funds and support student success.

Qualifications

• Experience administering institutional, departmental, and external scholarship programs.
• Ability to advise students on scholarship opportunities and financial aid impact.
• Strong communication and collaboration with campus partners and committees.

Responsibilities

• Oversee scholarship programs and ensure timely and accurate awarding.
• Coordinate with Academic Departments, Financial Aid, and Enrollment Management to align funds and deadlines.
• Lead campus Scholarship Committee, schedule meetings, and guide members on equity and policy.
