Qualifications

• Three years of professional student services work experience; a master’s degree may substitute for one year.
• Experience interpreting complex policies, procedures, and regulations in higher education.
• Experience administering scholarship, financial aid, student support, or related programs.

Responsibilities

• Administer institutional, departmental, and external scholarship programs to ensure timely and accurate awarding.
• Coordinate with University Advancement, academic departments, Financial Aid, and Student Financial Services on funding and eligibility.
• Lead campus Scholarship Committee and manage timelines, meetings, and approvals.
• Develop dashboards and reports to monitor awarding, utilization, and outcomes.
