Coca-Cola Scholars Foundation seeks a Coordinator of Scholar Selection & Experience to support scholarship administration and lifecycle programs. You will manage application workflows, applicant communications, and CRM data, enabling data-driven decisions and timely reporting.

The role collaborates across teams and handles governance tasks for the Alumni Board. Responsibilities include coordinating portals, onboarding for Scholar events, and supporting enrichment initiatives to empower Scholars

• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for managing multiple initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate scholarship application workflows, portals, and communications.
• Maintain Scholar and applicant profiles in CRM systems (e.g., RENXT, Submittable).
• Support enrichment and engagement program initiatives and events.
• Act as Secretary of the Alumni Board, handling meeting minutes and governance materials.
• Provide administrative support to senior program leadership and partners.
