Qualifications

• Provides operational support to the Financial Aid Office and processes financial aid paperwork.
• Assists students and families with FAFSA and eligibility information.
• Maintains knowledge of federal/state financial aid regulations and guidance.

Responsibilities

• Maintains the front counter for all student-facing, in-person activities.
• Assists students with the application for financial aid and receipt of a financial aid package.
• Facilitates FAFSA workshops and provides information on financial literacy.
• Reviews and processes student loan requests in compliance with federal law.
• Monitors SAP regulations and ensures aid can be disbursed.
• Interacts with third-party vendors and uses COD, CPS, NSLDS systems.
