Job summary

The San Diego Foundation is seeking an Administrator, Scholarship & College Success to support the Community Scholarships Program within the College Success team. You will manage scholarship data, communicate with students and donors, and assist with award processing and documentation in a hybrid San Diego setting.

You will handle high-volume records, ensure accuracy, and learn SDF systems and processes, with occasional cross-team support as needed.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for scholarship students and applicants, managing the scholarship inbox and routing requests.
• Prepare and send student communications, track follow-up needs, and maintain accurate student records and communication histories.
• Develop knowledge of scholarship workflows to support inquiries and prepare award documentation and communications.
• Support donor stewardship through impact reports, correspondence, and donor communications.
• Provide administrative and logistical support for donor meetings, events, and engagement activities.
