Powered by UltiPro is hiring a Member Service Representative (5) on a part-time schedule in Schenectady, NY. The role utilizes customer service or related experience with basic computer skills to support diverse clients in the community.

Compensation is $16.43/hour under the Early Wage Access program, with required CPR/AED/First Aid certifications within stated timelines and morning shifts Mon, Wed, Fri. Benefits include YMCA membership and paid sick leave, among others.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of computers.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to relate to diverse groups in the community.
• CPR, AED, and First Aid certifications (completed within 30 days of hire).
• Training in New Employee Orientation, Sexual Harassment, ALICE and Blood-borne Pathogens (completed within 90 days of hire).

OPEN POSITIONS:

MEMBER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (5) – $16.43/hour

Minimum Qualifications:

• • Previous work experience (1-3 years) in customer service, sales or related experience

WORK SCHEDULE: PART TIME (LESS THAN 28 HRS/WEEK)

• Monday 5:15-9:15 AM

• Wednesday 5-:15-9:15 AM

• Friday 5:15-10:15 AM
