Job summary

YMCA Bethlehem is hiring Part-Time Member Service Representatives to support front desk and member services at our Bethlehem,Bethlehem, NY location. The positions offer weekend shifts and the opportunity to participate in our Early Wage Access program, providing flexible access to earned wages.

Two openings exist at the Bethlehem branch for on-site work. Successful applicants will be customer-focused, organized, and able to relate to diverse community members; CPR/First Aid certifications are

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in customer service, sales or related experience
• Basic knowledge of computers
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to relate to diverse groups in the community
• CPR, AED, and First Aid certifications (completed within 30 days of hire)
• New Employee Orientation, Sexual Harassment, ALICE and Blood-borne Pathogens trainings (completed within 90 days of hire)
