Texas Oncology in Flower Mound is seeking a Scheduling Supervisor to oversee scheduling operations across our clinics. The role coordinates with physicians, patients, and office staff to ensure accurate, timely scheduling for physicians, labs and chemotherapy.
The position supports adherence to the US Oncology Compliance Program, Code of Ethics and Business Standards, and requires leadership of scheduling staff, quality control, and training.
Texas Oncology is looking for a Scheduling Supervisor to join our team! This position will support the Flower Mound location. Typical hours are 8:30a-5:00p, Monday through Friday.

Responsible for coordination and operation of scheduling functions. Acts as a liaison with physicians, patients and office staff. Responsible for development, administration and oversight of scheduling procedures for each physician, lab and chemotherapy department. Supports and adheres to the US Oncology Compliance Program, to include the Code of Ethics and Business Standards.
