Job summary

Central Plateau Cleanup Company (CPCCo) in Richland, WA is seeking an Operations Specialist (Intermediate/Career) to develop and manage rolling work week schedules. The role rotates weekly between execution support and scheduling duties, and involves preparing POW/DRS while driving process improvement.

The position requires building schedules with Primavera P6, CMMS, and MS Excel, coordinating with field staff and managers, and performing additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience for Intermediate level.
• 5+ years of relevant experience for Career level.
• Experience in Operations, Production Control, Work Control, Scheduling, Construction, or Demolition is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain rolling work week schedules aligned with procedures.
• Facilitate and support weekly scheduling in a rotational format.
• Assist with preparation of POW and Daily Release Sheets (DRS').
• Create weekly metric preparation and trend analysis for process improvement.
• Communicate emergent work requests and assist with resource updates.
• Lead scheduling meetings with field supervisors and project managers.
• Interface with internal stakeholders and other Hanford contractors.
• Utilize Primavera P6, CMMS, and related tools for daily duties.
