Job summary

Central Plateau Cleanup Company seeks an Operations Specialist (Career/Senior) at Hanford, WA. You will develop and maintain rolling work week schedules, coordinate rotation between execution support and advanced planning, and prepare essential documents such as POW, DRS, and 4 Week Look Ahead.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree with 6+ years (Grade 17) or 8+ years (Grade 18) of relevant experience, and proficiency with Oracle Primavera P6 and MS Excel.

Qualifications

• Career Level Grade 17 requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 6+ years of relevant experience.
• Senior Level Grade 18 requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Higher level carries greater scope and the final level offered depends on needs and background.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain rolling work week schedules aligned with procedures.
• Facilitate and support weekly rotation between execution and planning duties.
• Prepare POW, DRS, and 4 Week Look Ahead documents for each project.
• Create weekly metrics and support continuous process improvement.
• Assess impact of emergent work on schedules and adjust resources.
• Coordinate scheduling meetings with field supervisors and managers.
