Job summary

Central Plateau Cleanup Company in Richland, WA seeks an Operations Specialist (Intermediate/Career) to develop and manage rolling work week schedules, rotate between execution and scheduling duties, and support weekly planning tasks. The role interfaces with field crews and multiple project managers to optimize resource use and scheduling accuracy.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree with 3+ years (Level 15) or 5+ years (Level 16) of relevant experience, proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 3+ years scheduling experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 5+ years experience in operations or scheduling.
• Experience coordinating with field supervisors and project managers is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain rolling work week schedules per procedures.
• Support weekly schedule execution and rotate between execution and scheduling duties.
• Prepare Plan of the Week (POW) and Daily Release Sheets.
• Create weekly metrics and trend analyses for process improvement.
• Coordinate with field supervisors, managers and project managers for multiple projects.
