Freeman Health System is seeking a full-time daytime scheduling coordinator to join our team. You will manage scheduling procedures, retrieve minimal demographic information, and relay instructions to patients and physician offices to keep schedules efficient and accurate.
You will review daily schedules, answer calls regarding appointments, schedule referrals, and prepare daily schedules for check-in staff, ensuring providers’ time is utilized effectively per protocol.

Schedule: Full-time, Days. No holidays/no weekends.
Accountable for all aspects of scheduling procedures. Responsible for retrieval of minimal demographic information and communication of instructions to patient and/or physician office of scheduled procedures.
