Delta Air Lines, Inc. is seeking a Product Owner to define strategy and provide technical expertise across Crew Resources technology.

You will collaborate with Crew Resources, Flight Ops, In-Flight Service, and IT to ensure clear requirements, prioritize across divisions, and deliver value through new applications. Responsibilities include replacing legacy scheduling systems, leading multiple development teams, and shaping a product roadmap that aligns with business goals while mentoring junior

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience with Crew and/or IT Project/Product Ownership
• Verbal presenting and persuasive communication to executives
• Experience translating a business vision into written requirements
• Track record of managing products or complex projects successfully
• Ability to lead and influence others responsible for deliverables

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end product ownership including understanding business problems and developing solutions
• Manage multiple development teams and prioritize backlog across stakeholder groups
• Define strategy and requirements to ensure products meet business needs
• Build and maintain an executable product roadmap balancing value, funding, and dependencies
• Write functional user stories and acceptance criteria for development teams
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and provide direction to teams
• Develop subject matter expertise for crew data and systems
