Job summary

Rippling is seeking a Product Lead for Scheduling to own the product end-to-end—from core experience to enterprise expansion—driving activation and growth in partnership with the PLG team.

You will define the feature set for a category-defining workforce management solution, work cross-functionally to ship high-quality product, and stay ahead of market and customer needs in a fast-growing, high-impact area.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product management, preferably SaaS.
• Experience owning a product end-to-end.
• Strong UX instincts for complex admin and user views.
• Familiarity with PLG and activation loops is a plus.
• Comfort setting strategy and digging into data models.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Scheduling or workforce management domain experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the Scheduling product end-to-end.
• Drive growth and activation with PLG alignment.
• Build enterprise capabilities for high-volume customers.
• Define critical features for a category-defining WFM solution.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with eng, design, GTM, sales, and compliance.
• Monitor market trends and customer feedback to stay ahead.
