Job description

About this position

Rippling gives businesses one place to run HR, IT, and Finance. It brings together all the workforce systems that are normally scattered across a company — payroll, expenses, benefits, and computers — and lets you manage and automate every part of the employee lifecycle in a single system.

With Rippling, you can hire a new employee anywhere in the world and set up their payroll, corporate card, computer, benefits, and third‑party apps (Slack, Microsoft 365) all within 90 seconds.

Based in San Francisco, CA, Rippling has raised $1.4 B+ from top investors (Kleiner Perkins, Founders Fund, Sequoia, Greenoaks, Bedrock) and was named one of America’s best startup employers by Forbes.

We prioritize candidate safety. Please be aware that official communication will only come from @ Rippling.com addresses.

About the role

Scheduling is one of Rippling’s highest‑potential products and a powerful entry point to the platform, especially for hourly‑heavy businesses. The goal of this role is to make Rippling Scheduling the go‑to choice for companies that live and die by their schedules, building enterprise‑grade capabilities that win and retain complex customers, and turning Scheduling into a primary growth channel.

What you will do
  • Own the Scheduling product — core shift creation and management, open shifts, swap and cover, templates, compliance rules, mobile experience, and everything in between.
  • Drive growth and activation in partnership with the PLG team, turning Scheduling into one of the company’s top lead‑generation channels.
  • Build enterprise capabilities for high‑volume customers: labor budgeting, demand‑based auto‑scheduling, AI‑assisted schedule generation, advanced workforce planning.
  • Define the critical feature set by understanding the competitive landscape and customer needs.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with engineering, design, GTM, sales, and compliance to ship high‑quality product and enable customer success.
  • Stay attuned to market trends, customer feedback, and emerging technologies to keep the Time Products suite competitive and innovative.
What you will need
  • 7+ years of product‑management experience, ideally in high‑growth B2B SaaS.
  • Experience owning a product end‑to‑end and scaling it.
  • Strong UX and product instincts across complex surfaces.
  • Familiarity with PLG, activation loops, or growth‑oriented product work is a strong plus.
  • Comfortable working at multiple altitudes: strategy and detailed execution.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication; direct, clear, and alignment‑driving.
  • Workforce‑management or scheduling domain experience is a plus.
  • Strong alignment with Rippling’s leadership principles (Go and See, Are Right, a Lot).
