Job summary

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in production planning or scheduling.
• Experience in food, biotech, chemical, pharmaceutical, or batch/process manufacturing preferred.
• Strong SAP experience in a manufacturing or supply chain environment.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in related field.
• Excellent analytical and Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure raw materials are available in line with the production schedule.
• Coordinate material requirements and resolve shortages or risks.
• Support the Production Scheduler and confirm execution readiness.
• Monitor daily execution against plan and escalate risks.
• Contribute to process improvements for stable Germantown supply chain.
