Job summary

DSM Nutritional Products in Germantown, WI is seeking a Lead Specialist, Scheduling Operations to ensure production plans are executable and aligned with material readiness. You will collaborate with Planning, Procurement, Warehouse and Manufacturing to address material constraints and ensure timely execution.

The role requires 2–5 years in production planning or scheduling, strong SAP knowledge, and a proactive, detail-focused mindset in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Industrial Engineering, or related field preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience in production planning, material planning, scheduling, or manufacturing supply chain execution.
• Strong SAP experience in a manufacturing or supply chain environment; OMP or other planning system is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure raw materials and components are available in line with the production schedule.
• Coordinate material requirements and address shortages or supply risks.
• Support the Production Scheduler in confirming execution readiness before production.
• Coordinate with Planning, Procurement, Warehouse and Manufacturing to resolve material constraints.
• Monitor daily execution against the production and inventory flow plan; escalate risks as needed.
