Job Overview / Summary

The Scheduler – Patient Services is responsible for coordinating clinical staff schedules to ensure timely and efficient patient care delivery. This role plays a critical part in maintaining regulatory compliance, optimizing workflow, and supporting both patients and clinical teams through effective communication and organization.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate clinical employee schedules based on patient needs and prescribed care requirements
  • Manage scheduling reports and communicate patient updates to appropriate staff
  • Ensure timely initiation of care in compliance with regulatory standards
  • Collaborate with Account Executives and Clinical Supervisors to address patient needs
  • Maintain accurate scheduling records and documentation
  • Perform duties in accordance with organizational policies, procedures, and HIPAA regulations
