Transportation Security Administration (TSA) is seeking a Scheduling Operations Officer in the United States. The position location will be determined after selection, with location negotiable after selection.

Responsibilities include assisting with scheduling screener operations, implementing and maintaining screening standards, and monitoring daily schedules to ensure adequate coverage. The role involves record-keeping, audits, and communication of policies to leadership, with opportunities to

• Scheduling of screener operations activities.
• Monitor daily personnel schedules and ensure coverage.
• Maintain check-in/out sheets and logs for login tracking.
• Prepare and maintain records, reports, and logs for supervisors.
• Perform semi-annual security risk assessments and stay updated on emergency plans.
• Communicate personnel policies, safety hazards, and equipment updates to leadership.

• Assist with scheduling all screener operations activities.
• Assist with implementation, performance, and enhancement of security standards for airports and passengers.
