Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a Scheduling Manager to lead company-wide scheduling for a portfolio of commercial construction projects. The role focuses on building and standardizing scheduling processes across a national contractor known for high-end hospitality and complex developments.

Requirements include 5+ years in construction scheduling, strong knowledge of sequencing, procurement, and field coordination, and proficiency with Primavera P6.

Qualifications

  • Develop and manage project schedules from preconstruction through project completion.
  • Partner with Preconstruction, Project Managers, and Superintendents to create and maintain baseline schedules.
  • Monitor schedule performance, critical path activities, milestones, and project forecasting.
  • Standardize scheduling processes, templates, reporting, and best practices across the organization.
  • Identify schedule risks and assist project teams in developing recovery plans and mitigation strategies.

They specialize in complex commercial construction projects, with a strong focus on high-end hospitality and restaurant work. Their portfolio includes nationally recognized brands and projects ranging from interior renovations to ground-up developments valued at $5M+.

Profile
