Our client is a highly respected general contractor that has been in business for more than 50 years and is licensed in 27 states. They specialize in complex commercial construction projects, with a strong focus on high-end hospitality and restaurant work. Their portfolio includes nationally recognized brands and projects ranging from interior renovations to ground-up developments valued at $5M+.
Salary: $120,000 - $140,000
5+ years of construction scheduling experience with a commercial general contractor
Strong understanding of construction sequencing, procurement, subcontractor coordination, and field operations
Proficient with Primavera P6 and experienced in developing and maintaining complex project schedules
Experience supporting multiple projects simultaneously and communicating with both field and office teams
