  • Department & Adjunct Faculty Coordination: Collaborate with academic departments and campus administration to assign and schedule courses based on departmental needs and faculty availability. Partner with the Student Success Operations team, including Site Directors, to coordinate F2F and EVC course offerings based on student needs, faculty availability, and physical or virtual classroom capacity. Escalate unresolved or complex scheduling issues to Academic Scheduling Coordinators as appropriate.
  • Institutional Collaboration: Serve as a liaison among Academic Affairs, Instructional Design, Colleges, Student Success Operations, and other institutional areas to support accurate and conflict-free course scheduling.
