Responsibilities

• Develop, monitor and update the Project Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
• Establish schedule management program and deliverables for large scale programs.
• Interface with stakeholders to provide guidance and recommendations.
• Prepare baseline schedules and documents for team approval.
• Assess impacts on the critical path and report findings.
• Monitor schedule deviations and assist in corrective actions.
• Prepare and provide schedule progress reports on a periodic basis.
