You will work on scaling the schedule editor for thousands of agents, modeling real-world constraints like labor laws and unions, forecasting demand in 15-minute windows, and delivering instant generation for large customers.

• Ship forecast interfaces showing 15-minute interval staffing projections and make them trustworthy for customers to staff against.
• Ensure schedule generation is fast and scalable for our largest customers.
