Job summary

AdvisaCare in Flint, MI is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to connect compassionate caregivers with clients and build schedules that ensure timely, high-quality care.

You will answer calls, coordinate caregiver schedules, match staff to clients, and maintain scheduling and care documentation in a fast-paced office.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Experience in healthcare, scheduling, staffing, or customer service preferred.
• Ability to stay calm in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to pass background screening and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Answer and support calls from caregivers, clients, and families.
• Coordinate caregiver schedules to ensure clients receive care.
• Match caregivers with clients based on skills, availability, and personality.
• Maintain scheduling, payroll, and care documentation.
• Solve scheduling challenges with confidence and creativity.
• Assist with office operations while supporting the care team.
• Participate in an on-call rotation to ensure uninterrupted care.
