Job summary

Three Oaks Health Services is seeking a Scheduler to staff CNAs and licensed staff, assist the DON with daily and monthly scheduling, and coordinate staffing needs based on PPDs and budgets. The role includes Medical Records and Central Supply duties.

This full-time, on-site position requires flexibility for occasional weekends. North Shore Health community values and supports compassionate, resident-centered care and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Flexible availability to work on various shifts.
• Prior scheduling experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in staffing CNAs and nursing staff.
• Prepare and maintain daily and monthly schedules.
• Identify staffing needs based on census/PPD and budget.
• Coordinate scheduling with employees and departments.
• Maintain phone/contact information for nursing staff.
• Ensure compliance with laws and Center policies.
• Participate in in-service trainings and performance improvement committees.
