Job summary

AdvisaCare in East Lansing, MI, is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to join our growing care team. Your role will be to coordinate caregiver schedules, triage requests, and align matches to ensure compassionate, personalized care while maintaining billing and time-reporting accuracy.

This position requires a high school diploma, valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel within the service area and on-call after hours. We offer weekly pay, benefits, and a supportive, high-tech environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel within service area and on-call schedule.
• Ability to pass drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Answer and triage calls from caregivers, clients and prospects
• Manage client and caregiver schedules to ensure every shift is staffed
• Determine optimal client and caregiver matches to ensure the right dynamic and a balanced, happy relationship
• Maintain compliance with time reporting systems for accurate billing, payroll and care note submissions
• Assist with all aspects of office administration
• Ability to be on-call for after business hour calls and scheduling modifications
• Willing to work in field caregiving as needed
