Massage Therapist, Kohler Waters Spa

Work Mode: Onsite

Location: Lincoln Park, IL

Opportunity

Our Kohler Waters Spa team at Lincoln Park offers more than 50 innovative spa services using the healing properties of Earth’s mineral-rich waters and provides an oasis of tranquility in the heart of a bustling Windy City neighborhood.

Specific responsibilities include:

• Providing guests with professional, therapeutic services using treatments such as Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, reflexology, and hydrotherapy.
• Informing guests of available services, retail products, and amenities throughout the spa.
• Communicating clearly with guests to gain a full understanding of their concerns and needs prior to every service.
• Offering sincere suggestions for the guest’s benefit to enhance their total wellness and beauty.
• Being knowledgeable of all products and providing customers with accurate information as it relates to your area of expertise.
• Preparing a wellness card for each guest starring products recommended for their home care.

We have part-time opportunities available. Hours will vary between 8:30 am and 8:00 pm, weekdays & 1 weekend a week requirement.

Skills/Requirements

• State of Illinois Massage Certificate required.
• Minimum of one year experience, ideally in a luxury spa setting preferred.

The competitive commission range for this position + tips/gratuity may be influenced by a variety of factors. Available benefits include medical, dental, vision & 401(k).
