Esthetician, Kohler Waters Spa

Work Mode: Onsite

Location: Burr Ridge, IL

Opportunity

Our Kohler Waters Spa team at Burr Ridge offers more than 50 innovative spa services using the healing properties of Earth’s mineral-rich waters and provides an oasis of tranquility.

Specific Responsibilities Include:

• To provide the highest level of customer service set forth by the Kohler Waters Spas and Forbes
• Meeting and greeting guests with professionalism
• Cleanliness standards of all areas within the spa including treatment rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas
• Upholding and maintaining set uniform and grooming standards
• Knowledge of spa services and amenities; including but not limited to Facials, Body Treatments, Waxing, Bridal Makeup
• Knowledge of emergency procedures
• Providing the highest level of technical service and adherence to SOP’s
• Meeting agreed upon retail sales goals by educating guests on at-home care
• Maintain continuing education criteria based on State of Wisconsin requirements
• Adhering to policies put in place by Forbes, Kohler Waters Spa and Kohler Co.

This is a part-time position working between the hours of 12:00pm and 8:00pm, weekdays and weekends. Weekends are required.

Skills/Requirements

• State of Illinois Esthetician License Required
• Must have 2+ years of experience
• Self-motivated with strong written/verbal skills
• Experience in Dermaplaning, Microdermabrasion and HydraFacial is a plus
• Strong organizational skills and computer skills required

The competitive commission range for this position + tips/gratuity may be influenced by a variety of factors.
