Overview:
The Scheduling Coordinator I will manage scheduling for new and follow-up patient appointments. Responsibilities include greeting and checking in/out patients, collecting treatment information, estimating deposits, providing cost estimates, determining patient liabilities, establishing payment plans, and coordinating payment information with non-par payer sources. The role may also involve assisting the crisis management team and interacting professionally with patients, families, clinicians, and staff.
